Candidate's complete resume (contact mobile number), attested photocopies of all educational qualification certificates, experience certificates, citizenship certificates, other documents including attested photocopies of National Identity Card and 03 recent passport size photographs must be attached with the application form. All necessary documents including photographs must be attested by a gazetted officer of 1st class.
A written affidavit/undertaking by the applicant must be attached to the effect that there is no sexual harassment, financial irregularities and no conviction by the court against the applicant.
Appointment letter, joining letter, 1st higher scale of name, last MPO copy and pay bill copy of previous institution should be attached.
Experience certificate of previous institution should be submitted.

7. The application should reach the President, Chandpur Adarsh High School, Senbagh, Noakhali within 15 days of publication of the notification by direct/postal address on 28/03/2024 by 4.00 PM. The name of the post applied for must be mentioned on the envelope.
